Join us at Macomb Community College, South Campus, for our student group called Run your Life. Run Your Life aims to assist, advocate, and support current and prospective students in a healthy lifestyle, life management, recovery in a safe, secure setting at Macomb Community College in pursuit of their educational and professional goals. Each week students discuss different aspects of health and plan events throughout the year to incorporate healthy decisions.
This day is dedicated to letting go of stress and focusing on self-reflection in order to reduce unhealthy behaviors, substance use, and anxiety.
